Founded in 1934 by Siro Ferrari and his wife Teresa, the family business quickly became
appreciated for its tinplate toys. It suspended its activities during the war and resumed them in 1945. Siro Ferrari’s nephews Mario, Vincenzo, Angelo and Vincenzo took over the management of the company in 1949.
The company was dissolved in 1984.
